  • Our experience with them over the last 2.5 years has been fine. They are responsive to our issues and worked with the owner to allow us to have cat in the house which was nice. I've learned over time that the majority of our issues result from a very lousy owner, not them. The owner is a cheapskate and their hands are tied when it comes to getting maintenance approved which in turn makes them look bad, but they do respond quickly to my requests. Otherwise, no complaints. UPDATE: I'd like to add that when our lease ended, we were very happy to have gotten our deposit back. It's so common these days to get cheated out of your deposit, but we had no issues in that regard at all. Our lease ended on very good terms.

Kathy Posha is unscrupulous, unethical, and morally challenged. This business will do everything they can to mistreat a lease e and take the lessee for every dime they can conjure up. They refuse to do the right thing and charge tenants 4 air conditioner coil cleaning. Since when has a new air conditioner needed to have its coil cleaned, let alone why would you charge a tenant for that service? That's not normal wear and tear. And why would you charge your tenant legal fees because you didn't do your job and notify the HOA of a new lease agreement that's on you Kathy! You all are a disgrace to humanity and the human race.

Absolutely horrendous, I rented with them for over two years and never had a late payment. I left the place in better condition than I received it and they still kept my security deposit. For years everytime we submitted a maintenance request they ignored us. It took over nine months to fix my rotting back door that was so deteriorated that a child could have pushed through, it had a hole at the bottom of it big enough for snakes and lizards to enter my house at will (forget about the additional cost associated with utilities). The plumbing may have been the most problematic of all, which started only weeks after arriving. The toilet would back up at least once a month and fill the tub and overflow my toilet with fecal matter from the entire neighborhood that I had to clean up too many times to count. I filed multiple claims that were just constantly ignored. Rent from them at your own risk, they will take your money. Good luck.

Update: SO on the software website you can see that the pricing for residential plans is $1.25 per unit per months....yet they are charging us $3 per month per unit to use this software. so essentially they are using it for profiting at this point and the fee structure is right online to see. Everyone now has a $3 fee attached to their rent for the privilege of being able to use the portal because they increased their service plan which upped their charges. So they are returning that increase to the tenants and not the homeowners which use their services. Also this is not to make payments online which have always been accepted for free as they came back and told everyone who complained, this is a 'convenience fee for having a portal'. And they stopped accepting payments in the office so you have no choice but to pay through the portal, no they do not accept partial payments or it will be returned.....I really don't understand why this is so difficult. Why is there no fee free option to pay rent, this was not stated in the lease yet I am mandated to keep up my part or face detrimental charges and taking my deposit, but you can chose to charge me more money than stated when I signed up and there's nothing I can do......okay. My email asking this went un-responded.
